Second-stage financing

The Genesys Angelbridge Program seeks to achieve a significant capital appreciation by mentoring early stage investments focusing primarily on second stage financing for technology and service companies in or related to the Internet/electronic publishing and commerce industry. and, secondarily, by making founding stage investments in Internet-related companies. The Genesys Angelbridge Fund I is at the end of its investment period; a new Fund is contemplated that leverages the Genesys Accelerator programs.

James G. Kollegger

Jim Kollegger is one of the pioneers of the information industry, as founder of EIC/Intelligence, Inc., one of the earliest electronic database publishing companies, as venture capitalist through Genesys Partners, Inc., and as an industry leader through his work with groups such as SIAA, which named him its first Entrepreneur of the Year in 1987.

Joseph Rhyne

Joe Rhyne has more than 25 years of experience in the electronic publishing and allied industries. His most recent position was the senior vice president of technology for The Thomson Corporation where he was chairman of the Thomson chief technology officer council, and was responsible for organizing technology efforts throughout Thomson.
